Learning platforms and AI tutors from engineers who have taught 30,000+ students

AI in education software covers the learning platforms, AI tutors and admin systems that schools, universities and training providers run on. Safock builds all three. Our learning platforms run at a university, in a utility's workforce training and at a US licensing school. We also rebuilt payments and course access for an online school with 180,000+ learners in 50+ countries, and the engineers behind Safock have taught 30,000+ students themselves.

/ The problem

What this fixes

  • 01

Your access rules outgrew the plugin

Memberships, bundles, licensing tracks, employer seat packs and prerequisite exams pile up faster than an off-the-shelf LMS can handle. Staff grant access by hand and patch the records in a spreadsheet.

  • 02

    Certificates that nobody can check

An employer or regulator asks whether a certificate is genuine, and the only answer is an email to your office. A PDF that anyone can edit proves very little about what a learner achieved.

  • 03

    Students ask public chatbots instead

Learners paste coursework into general AI tools and get answers that ignore your syllabus, your terms and your marking scheme. Teachers have no view of what was asked or what came back.

  • 04

Admissions and fees run on phone calls

Parents ask the same questions about admissions, fees and timetables every term. Fee reminders go out late, and follow-up depends on whoever in the office has time that week.

/ What we build

What we build for education

  • 01

    AI tutors and course assistants

Assistants that answer from your lessons, readings and past questions, name the lesson they drew on, and stay inside the course. Teachers choose whether they give hints or full worked answers.

  • 02

    Learning platforms and LMS rebuilds

Course access for memberships, bundles and seat packs, SCORM and xAPI content, exams with prerequisite gates, and certificates with a public verification link. Our LMS development service covers the build in detail.

  • 03

    WhatsApp admissions and fee follow-up

An assistant that answers parents' admissions questions in English, Urdu or Arabic, records each enquiry, sends fee reminders on approved templates and passes anything unusual to the office.

  • 04

    School management systems

Admissions, fees, attendance, results and parent messages in one school management system, or connections between the separate tools you already pay for.

  • 05

    School and university websites

Fast, mobile-first sites with class details, a clear route to admissions, Urdu or Arabic right-to-left layouts, and a CMS your own editors run without a developer.

  • 06

AI training for faculty and staff

Hands-on sessions through Safock Academy that show teachers, administrators and leadership how to use AI tools in their own subjects and offices, with clear rules on student data.

/ How it works

The detail behind it

Learning platforms already in production

We have built learning platforms for very different kinds of education, and each one is live. As an education technology company, we measure our work by whether learners finish courses and staff stop fixing records by hand.

  • A cybersecurity and AI training company's LMS, live at a university where students use it in class and at a utility for workforce training. Every learner follows one loop of assign, learn, assess, certify and track, and every certificate has a public verification link.
  • A custom LMS for a US auctioneer training school, with 52 courses, 11 exams and 8 tracks, SCORM and xAPI support, and course access matched to each student's license states. Students from 22 US states appear in its records.
  • Payments and course access rebuilt for an online school with 180,000+ learners in 50+ countries and 250+ video courses, on Next.js and Stripe, while its editors kept publishing in WordPress.
  • Tarbiyah LMS, an English and Urdu platform with full right-to-left layouts, graded quizzes, mentor chat and certificates that carry a unique verification code.
  • Hamqadam, a student-led Urdu and English magazine with 40+ categories, and a website for Nouman English Grammar High School in Nawabshah with a direct route to admissions.

How we build AI in education software that teachers trust

An AI tutor is useful only if it answers from what you teach. We load your lessons, readings and past papers into a retrieval index, so the assistant looks up the relevant passage before it replies and shows the student where the answer came from. Questions outside the course get a polite refusal, and teachers can read the conversations.

Academic integrity is a setting you control. A tutor can give hints and worked examples during term, and you can switch it off for an exam window. For IJT Pakistan, the country's largest student network, Safock built JamiatGPT, an AI assistant that answers in Pakistani languages, and we plan language support the same way for every school.

Student data needs care, and more so for minors. We scope who can see each record, send the AI model only what a question needs, and log access. Rules such as FERPA in the US and the PDPL in Saudi Arabia are topics we plan around with your team. Safock does not certify compliance.

Built by people who have stood in front of a class

Hamza Syed, Safock's co-founder and COO, leads Safock Academy. He designed and delivered the AI engineering curriculum for GIAIC, with quarterly cohorts of 800 to 1,200 learners across four cohorts, and the national AI track for PIAIC, a 1.5-year programme with 5,000+ learners.

That teaching shapes our product decisions. We know where learners drop off, which admin reports teachers open, and how quickly a confusing quiz turns into a support queue. When you talk to us, you talk to a founder who has run a classroom.

Cost, timeline and where to start

Cost depends on your access rules, the content and learner records to migrate, the payment gateways and student systems to connect, the languages you need and how much AI is in scope. We scope these in discovery and give you a fixed quote with milestones before any build starts.

You do not have to replace everything at once. The online school rebuild kept WordPress for editors and replaced only the payments and access logic that kept failing. We work in short sprints with regular demos, train your staff at launch, and support the platform for 30 days to 3+ months afterwards.

/ FAQ

Questions buyers ask us

Where should a school or university start with AI?

Start with work that repeats every term and already lives in a system: admissions questions, fee reminders, course access, or an AI tutor for one course. One workflow with a clear owner shows results quickly and tells you what to build next. We map the options with you in discovery and rank them by hours saved and risk.

Will an AI tutor just give students the answers?

Only if you set it up that way. Teachers choose whether the tutor gives hints, worked examples or full solutions, and it can be switched off during exams. It answers from your course material, names the lesson it used and declines questions outside the course. Teachers can review the conversations at any time.

Can an AI tutor work inside the learning platform we already use?

Often, yes. If your platform supports LTI or lets you embed a web component in a course page, the tutor can sit beside the lesson and answer from that course's material. If it doesn't, the tutor can run as a separate app with single sign-on. We check your platform's options in discovery, before we quote.

Do you build in Urdu, Arabic or other right-to-left languages?

Yes. Tarbiyah LMS runs in English and Urdu with full right-to-left layouts, Hamqadam publishes in Urdu and English, and JamiatGPT answers in Pakistani languages. For Arabic, we plan the interface, certificates and AI replies during discovery, and test them with native speakers on your team before launch.

How do you protect student data?

Each role sees only the records its work needs, data is encrypted, and access is logged. AI features receive only the text a question requires. We plan around the rules that apply to you, such as FERPA in the US or the PDPL in Saudi Arabia, with your team. Safock does not certify compliance, and we document how the system handles data.

What does AI in education software cost for a school or academy?

It depends on which piece you start with. A school website with an admissions route, a WhatsApp admissions assistant, an AI tutor for one course and a multi-tenant learning platform with employer billing are very different projects. Access rules, records to migrate, integrations, languages and AI scope drive the price. We give a fixed quote after discovery.
