An AI automation agency in Austin, Texas, building systems US teams use every day

Safock is an AI automation agency in the USA, headquartered in Austin, Texas, that builds AI agents, workflow automation and custom software for US companies. You talk to a founder from the first call, see working software from the first sprint, and own the code when the project ends. Our US work includes a custom LMS for an auctioneer training school with students in 22 states.

/ The problem

What this fixes

  • 01

AI pilots that stall before production

A chatbot demo goes well in a meeting, then stops because nobody connected it to the CRM, the ERP or the approval rules your team follows. The subscription keeps renewing and the work stays manual.

  • 02

    Staff re-typing data between systems

An order arrives by email, gets keyed into one system, then copied into another for billing. Each copy costs time and invites a typo that someone finds weeks later.

  • 03

Code nobody on your side understands

A vendor ships, the original engineers move on, and your team inherits a system without documentation. The next small change costs more than it should.

  • 04

    Security added after launch

Access rules, audit logs and data handling get patched in once the system is live, which is the most expensive moment to fix them.

/ What we build

What we build for clients in United States

  • 01

AI agents connected to your systems

Agents that read your CRM, ERP, documents and inbox, answer with sources, and wait for a person to approve before they change a record.

  • 02

    Workflow automation

Order intake, invoicing, onboarding and reporting moved off email and spreadsheets, using n8n or custom code depending on volume and the control you need.

  • 03

    Internal platforms and custom software

CRMs, operations platforms and portals shaped around how your team works. For one development agency, a platform we built replaced four SaaS subscriptions and a master spreadsheet.

  • 04

    Learning platforms

Courses, exams, certificates and access rules tied to licensing, as in the LMS we built for a US auctioneer school running pre-licensing and continuing education.

  • 05

    Lead-generating websites

Fast, locally optimised sites for service businesses, such as the 20+ service-page site we built for a Georgia roofing contractor.

  • 06

    Forward deployed engineers

Safock engineers who join your standups and work inside your tools until the system is live and your people can run it.

/ How it works

The detail behind it

How Safock works as an AI automation agency in the USA

Safock is headquartered in Austin, Texas. We schedule calls in US business hours, and a founder runs your project conversations: Hafiz Ali Ahmed (CEO), Asharib Ali (CTO) or Hamza Syed (COO). You talk to the people who scope the work and answer for it.

Most US clients work with us remotely. We share a repository and a team channel, demo working software at the end of each short sprint, and keep a written record of every decision. When seeing your operation in person would make discovery faster, such as walking a warehouse floor or sitting with a dispatch team for a morning, we plan an on-site session with you.

Every project follows the same six steps: discovery, proposal and architecture with pricing up front, agile delivery, launch with security hardening, 30 days to 3+ months of support, and documentation and training so your team can run what we built.

What US teams should automate first

The best first project is usually a narrow, repetitive task with a clear owner and data that already lives in a system. It is easy to measure and gives your team an early win. We look for work like this in discovery and rank it by hours saved and risk.

  • Reading inbound emails and forms, then creating the right records in your CRM or ticketing tool
  • Answering staff questions from policies, SOPs and contracts, with a link to the source
  • Drafting quotes, follow-ups and status updates for a person to review and send
  • Reconciling orders, deliveries and invoices across two or three systems
  • Weekly reporting that assembles itself from live data

US projects we have shipped

For a US auctioneer training school, we built a custom LMS on Next.js and Supabase that ties course access to each student's license states. It holds 52 courses, 11 exams and 8 tracks, supports SCORM and xAPI, and has recorded 2,200+ course completions and 510 exam completions from students across 22 US states.

For a roofing contractor in Georgia, we built a mobile-friendly site with 20+ service pages, local SEO and an inspection request on every screen. Beyond the US, we rebuilt payments and course access for an online school with 180,000+ learners in 50+ countries, on Next.js, PostgreSQL, GraphQL and Stripe, while its editors kept WordPress.

Security, data and ownership

The name Safock comes from Safe and Lock, and security is part of the build from the first commit. We scope each AI agent to the data it needs, log what it does, and keep a person in front of any write to a live system.

If you handle health records, payment data or personal data covered by state privacy laws such as California's, those rules shape hosting, vendors and retention. We build to the requirements your legal or compliance team sets, and we don't give legal advice. The code lives in your repository, with full documentation, so you can keep working with us or take it in-house.

/ How we work

From first call to a system your team runs

  1. 01

    Discovery

We start with your workflows, goals, and constraints, so we solve the problem you actually have.

  2. 02

    Proposal & architecture

A clear scope, timeline, milestones, and system design, with honest pricing before any build starts.

  3. 03

    Agile delivery

Short sprints with regular demos, so you see working software early and can steer as it takes shape.

  4. 04

    Launch

Deployment, optimization, and security hardening are included. Nothing ships unless it is safe and secure.

  5. 05

    Support & growth

30 days to 3+ months of support after launch, with long-term maintenance available as you grow.

  6. 06

    Your team, enabled

Documentation and training so your people can operate and extend the system on their own.

/ FAQ

Questions buyers ask us

Where is Safock based, and do you work with companies outside Texas?

Safock is headquartered in Austin, Texas, and we work with companies across the US. Most projects run remotely through a shared repository, a team channel and sprint demos over video, with calls in US business hours. When an in-person discovery session would help, we plan one with you.

What does AI automation cost for a US business?

Cost depends on how many systems the work touches, how clean your data is, whether an AI agent only reads or also writes to live systems, and how much review your team wants before actions run. Running costs add model usage and hosting, billed to cloud and model accounts in your company's name where possible. We give you a fixed quote after discovery.

Have you delivered projects for US clients?

Yes. For a US auctioneer training school, we built a custom LMS on Next.js and Supabase with 52 courses, 11 exams and 8 tracks, and students from 22 states in its records. For a Georgia roofing contractor, we built a site with 20+ service pages and an inspection request on every screen. Both clients are confidential, so we describe them without names.

How do you handle HIPAA and state privacy laws?

Your legal or compliance team sets the requirements, and we build to them. Health records bring HIPAA into scope, including whether each vendor in the chain will sign a business associate agreement. State laws such as California's shape what personal data you keep and for how long. Those rules decide hosting, vendors and retention. We don't give legal advice or certify compliance.

Can Safock work alongside our in-house engineers?

Yes. Through forward deployed engineering, our engineers join your standups, follow your code review rules and work in your tools. They build with your team, then hand over the documentation and training your people need to own the system after launch.

Will you talk to a founder or a sales team?

A founder. Hafiz Ali Ahmed, Asharib Ali or Hamza Syed joins your first call and stays involved through delivery. The person who scopes your project is the person who answers for it, so questions about scope, cost or a change of plan reach someone who can decide.
