AI agents, automation and Arabic-ready software for businesses in Saudi Arabia

Safock is an AI development company for businesses in Saudi Arabia, building AI agents, workflow automation and custom software with Arabic and English interfaces. We work with Saudi clients remotely from Austin, Texas, through a Saudi WhatsApp line and calls in Gulf business hours. Data protection under the PDPL, including where data is hosted, is planned from the first week.

/ The problem

What this fixes

  • 01

No clear answer on where data lives

Procurement and legal teams want to know where customer data is stored, who processes it and whether it leaves the Kingdom. A vendor who can't answer stalls the whole project.

  • 02

    Systems that don't share data

Sales sit in one tool, stock in another and finance in a spreadsheet. Managers wait for someone to pull a report before they can make a decision.

  • 03

Arabic bolted on at the end

Many tools are built in English and translated just before launch. Staff and customers notice stiff phrasing, broken right-to-left layouts and replies that switch language for no reason.

  • 04

Customer questions piling up on WhatsApp

Saudi customers ask about prices, bookings and orders on WhatsApp, often in the evening. A team answering from one shared phone falls behind, and warm enquiries go cold overnight.

/ What we build

What we build for clients in Saudi Arabia

  • 01

AI agents over your internal data

Assistants that answer staff questions from your ERP, documents and email with citations, and wait for an approval before changing anything in a live system.

  • 02

    WhatsApp AI agents

Agents on the official WhatsApp Business Platform that answer customers and check orders and bookings in your systems. Our Saudi WhatsApp chatbot page covers store, clinic and property flows.

  • 03

    Workflow automation and integration

Approvals, order processing and reporting connected across the systems you already run, so data moves between them without copy and paste.

  • 04

    Custom software with Arabic interfaces

Portals, CRMs and internal tools with right-to-left Arabic and English layouts, built around how your teams work.

  • 05

    AI training for your staff

Hands-on sessions from Safock Academy so your people can use, check and extend the systems we build.

/ How it works

The detail behind it

How an AI development company in Saudi Arabia can work with you remotely

Safock is headquartered in Austin, Texas, and we do not have an office in Riyadh or anywhere else in the Kingdom. We serve Saudi clients remotely, with a Saudi WhatsApp number, +966 53 076 8306, and calls scheduled in Gulf business hours across the Sunday to Thursday working week.

Remote delivery works because every step is visible. A founder joins your first call and stays on the project. You see working software at the end of each short sprint, the code lives in a repository your company controls, and decisions are written down. Pricing, scope and milestones are agreed in writing before the build starts.

Arabic interfaces and Arabic conversations

Arabic support covers two jobs. The first is the interface. Portals, CRMs, dashboards and internal tools need proper right-to-left layouts, Arabic labels your staff recognise, and screens that still work when a record mixes Arabic and English. We have shipped right-to-left products before, in Urdu, for Tarbiyah LMS and the Hamqadam magazine.

The second is conversation. Current language models read and write Arabic well, including Gulf phrasing and messages that mix Arabic with English, so an agent can be built to reply in the language the person writes in. We test it against real messages from your business, and your team approves every piece of fixed Arabic text, such as menus, greetings and error messages, before launch.

PDPL, SDAIA and where your data is hosted

Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) came into force on 14 September 2023, and its one-year grace period ended on 14 September 2024. The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) regulates it. The law covers processing of personal data about people in the Kingdom, including processing done by parties abroad, and SDAIA has issued separate regulations on transferring personal data outside the Kingdom.

We treat these as planning topics from the first week. Together with your legal or compliance team, we decide which hosting region stores the data, which AI model provider processes the text, how long conversations are kept, who can see them, and what gets logged. Google Cloud and Oracle both run cloud regions inside the Kingdom, and on-premise hosting is another option. Sectors such as banking and healthcare add rules of their own.

We build to the requirements your advisers set. We don't give legal advice, and we don't certify PDPL compliance.

Vision 2030 and rising expectations

Vision 2030 has moved a large share of government services online, and customers now expect the same speed from private companies. For most of our Saudi conversations, that means quicker replies on WhatsApp, fewer manual handoffs between departments, and reports that managers can trust without waiting for a spreadsheet.

/ How we work

From first call to a system your team runs

  1. 01

    Discovery

We start with your workflows, goals, and constraints, so we solve the problem you actually have.

  2. 02

    Proposal & architecture

A clear scope, timeline, milestones, and system design, with honest pricing before any build starts.

  3. 03

    Agile delivery

Short sprints with regular demos, so you see working software early and can steer as it takes shape.

  4. 04

    Launch

Deployment, optimization, and security hardening are included. Nothing ships unless it is safe and secure.

  5. 05

    Support & growth

30 days to 3+ months of support after launch, with long-term maintenance available as you grow.

  6. 06

    Your team, enabled

Documentation and training so your people can operate and extend the system on their own.

/ FAQ

Questions buyers ask us

Does Safock have an office in Saudi Arabia?

No. Safock is headquartered in Austin, Texas, and serves Saudi clients remotely. You can reach us on our Saudi WhatsApp line, +966 53 076 8306, and we schedule calls in Gulf business hours. A founder leads your project, and you see working software at every sprint demo.

Can you build internal tools with Arabic interfaces?

Yes. Portals, CRMs, dashboards and internal tools can be built with right-to-left Arabic and English layouts, so each person works in the language they prefer. We have shipped right-to-left interfaces in Urdu for Tarbiyah LMS and Hamqadam. Your team reviews the Arabic labels and copy before launch, and any AI features inside the tool can answer in either language.

Can our customer data stay inside Saudi Arabia?

Often, yes. Google Cloud and Oracle run cloud regions inside the Kingdom, and some clients prefer their own servers. Messages on WhatsApp still pass through Meta, and the AI model provider processes the text, so we map every place data travels with your team during discovery.

Will working with Safock make us PDPL compliant?

Compliance depends on your whole business, so your legal advisers decide what it requires. We plan hosting, retention, access and logging around the PDPL from the start and build to the requirements your advisers set. We don't give legal advice or certify compliance.

What does an AI project cost for a Saudi company?

The main cost drivers are the number of systems the work connects to, the Arabic and English copy to write and review, whether data must stay in a cloud region inside the Kingdom, and how much human review your process needs. Running costs add model usage, hosting and, for WhatsApp agents, Meta's per-message charges at Saudi rates. You get a fixed build price after discovery.

Which kinds of Saudi businesses is this a good fit for?

Companies where staff spend hours moving data between systems, or where customers already reach you on WhatsApp. Retailers, clinics, property firms, training providers and distributors are typical examples. If the work is repetitive and the data lives in a system, it is usually a good candidate.
