Before you book a call
Which service should we start with?
Start with the process that costs you the most hours or the most money each month. On the first call we map it, then tell you whether it needs an AI agent, a workflow automation, a custom system or a mix. You can begin with one workflow and expand once it pays for itself.
Do you work with companies outside the US?
Yes. Safock is based in Austin, Texas and works with clients in the US, the UK, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Pakistan, remotely or on site. Calls, demos and documentation run in English, and conversations can also run in Urdu.
How is pricing set?
Every engagement starts with a discovery call. After it you get a written proposal with scope, milestones, timeline and price before any build starts. Price depends on how many systems are involved, how much data needs moving and how much support you want after launch.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. You receive the source code, the documentation and the credentials, and nothing is locked to a Safock account. We can stay on for support and maintenance, but you are free to run the system yourselves.
