This policy covers safock.com, run by Safock, an AI automation company based in Austin, Texas, United States. Questions about this policy or your data go to support@safock.com.

We collect only what you give us and basic usage data:

• Contact and audit forms: your name, work email, company, WhatsApp number if you add it, the options you pick and your message.
• Emails and WhatsApp messages you send us, and the details you share on calls you book with us.
• Usage data from Google Analytics: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and how you reached the site. It uses cookies.
• Security data from Cloudflare, which hosts the site and checks form submissions for spam (Cloudflare Turnstile).

We use your information to:

• reply to your enquiry and arrange calls;
• prepare proposals and deliver work you ask for;
• understand which pages help visitors, so we can improve the site;
• keep the site and its forms secure.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run the site and reply to you: Cloudflare (hosting and spam protection), Resend (sending form emails), Google (analytics and email), Calendly (if you book a call) and Meta (if you message us on WhatsApp). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to talk with you and for our business records, and delete them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to support@safock.com. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works without them.
