A webhook receives your website form, cleans the fields, rejects invalid emails, adds the lead to a Google Sheet and sends your sales number a WhatsApp alert.

Download the JSON file, open n8n, create a new workflow and use Import from File, or paste the file's contents onto the canvas. Then open each node with a warning icon, connect your own credentials and replace the values marked REPLACE_WITH. Each template includes a sticky note with its setup steps.
Yes. They use standard n8n nodes and the HTTP Request node, so they run on n8n Cloud or a self-hosted instance. They do not rely on paid-plan features such as n8n Variables. Test each one with sample data before switching it on.
No. The templates run entirely in your own n8n instance with your own credentials. The AI triage template sends the sender, subject and a short preview of each email to the model API you connect, and nothing goes to Safock.
Yes. These are starting points. For production use we usually add error alerts, retries, logging and approval steps, and connect your CRM or ERP instead of a spreadsheet. Book a call or send a brief and we will tell you what that would take.
