Free · 30 minutes · With a founder
Find the three automations that will pay back first
Bring one process your team repeats every week. In 30 minutes a Safock founder maps it with you and hands you a short list: the three automations worth doing first, what each would take, and where AI would waste your money.
- 30 minutes online with a founder, no prep needed
- Three automations ranked by effort and payback
- Free, and the shortlist is yours either way
/ How it works
Three steps, one call, a plan you keep
- 01
Tell us one process
Pick the task your team repeats every week: lead follow-up, order entry, reporting, approvals or onboarding. Two sentences in the form are enough.
- 02
Map it together
On a 30-minute call a founder walks through it with you: who touches it, which systems hold the data, and where hours or money leak out.
- 03
Get your ranked shortlist
Three automations ranked by effort and payback, with the risks named and a rough idea of what each would take. The list is yours to keep.
/ What we look for
The usual places time and money leak
- 01
Copy and paste between systems
Orders, leads and invoices retyped from email, WhatsApp or PDFs into a CRM, ERP or spreadsheet.
- 02
The same questions, answered by hand
Staff digging through policies, SOPs, contracts or past orders to answer what customers and colleagues ask every day.
- 03
Follow-ups that depend on memory
Leads, overdue invoices, renewals and reminders that slip when the one person who tracks them is busy.
- 04
Approvals stuck in inboxes
Purchases, discounts and changes waiting on someone who has fifty other emails to clear first.
- 05
Reports rebuilt every week
Numbers pulled from several tools into one sheet, by hand, before every meeting.
- 06
Training nobody can track
Onboarding and compliance courses with no reliable record of who finished and who passed.
/ What you leave with
A ranked shortlist, not a sales pitch
Each automation comes with how much effort it takes, how likely it is to pay back, and the risks to watch. Start with the top one, build it with us or with anyone else.

About the audit
Is the audit really free?
Yes. The audit is a 30-minute call and the short list that comes out of it. There is no charge and no obligation. If you want us to build something afterwards, we send a separate written proposal with scope and price.
Who runs the audit?
One of Safock's founders. They have built production AI agents, workflow automation and custom platforms, so the advice comes from people who build and support these systems in production.
What do we need to prepare?
Only the process you want to look at and, ideally, the person who does it every day. Screenshots of the tools involved help but are optional. Please do not send passwords or customer data.
Is this a sales call in disguise?
No. The call is about your process, and the shortlist is yours to keep and build with anyone, including your own team. If you want our help afterwards, ask and we send a written proposal. We will not chase you.
What happens after the audit?
You get the ranked shortlist in writing after the call. If one of the automations looks worth doing, we can scope it properly in a discovery call and send a fixed price. If not, you have a clear plan for where to start.
What if AI is the wrong answer for our process?
Then we will tell you. Some problems are better solved with a simple workflow rule, a cleaner spreadsheet or a change in who does what. Knowing that early saves you money.
