For IJT Pakistan, the country's largest student network, our team built JamiatGPT, an AI assistant that answers in Pakistani languages. Tarbiyah LMS runs in English and Urdu with full right-to-left layouts and verifiable certificates. Hamqadam is a student-led Urdu and English magazine on Next.js and Sanity, publishing across 40+ categories without a developer. Nouman English Grammar High School in Nawabshah, which has taught 10,000+ students since 1985, now sends parents straight to admissions from its website.

Pakistani customers rarely stay in one script. A parent may write in English, switch to Urdu, then type Urdu in Latin letters. We set agents to reply in the language the person uses and test them on real messages from your organisation before launch.

WhatsApp is where most of these conversations start, so we usually build there first. Every agent has a clear hand-off rule: complaints, fee disputes, medical questions and anything it can't answer with confidence go to a person, with the chat history attached.

Payments need local planning. Many Pakistani customers pay through mobile wallets such as JazzCash and Easypaisa, bank transfer or a local card gateway, and some international payment platforms don't onboard Pakistan-registered businesses. We design checkout and fee collection around what your bank and payment provider support.

Many users reach you on mobile data, so we keep pages light and make progress saves tolerant of dropped connections.
