2. Service Description

Safock offers the following services:

• Mobile application development
• Digital marketing and lead generation solutions
• Consultation and strategic planning services

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information required for project completion
• Respond to communications and requests for feedback in a timely manner
• Provide necessary access to systems, accounts, and resources as required
• Make payments according to agreed terms and schedules
• Respect intellectual property rights and confidentiality agreements

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Payment schedules are based on project milestones or monthly retainers
• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Services may be suspended for overdue accounts

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed solutions. However:

• Safock retains rights to proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and tools
• Third-party licenses and components remain subject to their respective terms
• Safock may use project knowledge for general business improvement (anonymized)

6. Limitation of Liability

Safock's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those explicitly stated in project agreements.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination terms, including payment for completed work and transition procedures, will be specified in individual project agreements.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
