Safock Academy
Corporate AI training where every participant builds a working tool
Corporate AI training from Safock Academy is a hands-on workshop that teaches non-technical teams how AI models behave, how to use company data with them safely, and how to turn a task they do every week into a tool that runs on a schedule. Each person builds on their own laptop, in batches of up to 50.
/ The problem
What this fixes
- 01
Staff already use AI with no ground rules
People paste customer emails, contracts and spreadsheets into whichever chatbot is open in their browser. Nobody has told them what is safe to share, so each person decides alone.
- 02
The licences are paid for and habits have not changed
The company bought AI seats, and six months later most people use them to reword emails. The repetitive weekly work that justified the purchase is still done by hand.
- 03
Teams do not trust the answers
An assistant invented a figure once, and now half the team avoids it while the other half trusts it blindly. Neither group knows when an answer needs checking.
- 04
Slide-based training does not stick
An hour of slides about what AI can do leaves people impressed and unchanged. Skills stick when people build something on their own work and use it the following week.
/ What we build
Corporate AI training, built for your systems
- 01
Corporate team training
Practical workshops that help departments use AI in daily work and automate repetitive tasks, built around the jobs your people already do.
- 02
Leadership and departmental sessions
Sessions on AI fundamentals, advanced prompting and workflow automation, pitched at managers who decide where AI fits and at teams who will use it.
- 03
Institutional programmes
Complete courses for universities and training institutes, designed and delivered by our team, with live and recorded classes and hands-on projects.
- 04
Train-the-trainer
We train your own staff to teach these skills, with ready-made course material, course design and coaching, so your organisation keeps learning on its own.
- 05
Follow-up support
Ongoing guidance after the session as teams put their tools into real use and run into the questions that only appear on live work.
/ How it works
The detail behind it
Seven topics, each practised on real work
The core workshop moves from understanding to building. Every topic is done live, step by step, with the room following along on their own laptops. Nothing is demonstrated that participants do not then do themselves.
- How these models work: why AI gives different answers to the same question, why it sometimes invents details, and where it is reliable. Plain language, with no maths.
- Security and data ground rules: how to use business and customer data safely, including privacy, permissions and what counts as sensitive.
- Prompting: how context, examples and structure change the quality of a result, practised on tasks from participants' own jobs.
- Projects for reusable context: AI workspaces that already know your processes, formats, templates and preferences.
- Connectors: linking AI tools to the documents, apps and platforms your team already uses, so it works on real data.
- Building a tool: each participant builds a custom tool that speeds up a task they do every week.
- Scheduling it: setting that workflow to run automatically so the repetitive part happens without them.
AI training for employees who do not code
The workshop is designed for operations, finance, sales, HR and support staff. Participants need no coding and no prior AI experience. They do need a laptop each and a working internet connection in the room, because everything runs online and everyone builds their own workflow instead of watching someone else's.
Sessions run in batches of up to 50 people, repeated until the whole team is covered. The AI for Business Operations workshop that Safock Academy prepared for Chase Value, one of its corporate training clients, follows this format.
Who leads Safock's corporate AI training
Hamza Syed, Safock's co-founder and COO, leads Safock Academy and delivers every batch himself. He designed and delivered the AI engineering curriculum for GIAIC, the Governor Initiative for AI, across four quarterly cohorts of 800 to 1,200 learners each. He also designed and delivered the national AI track for PIAIC, the Presidential Initiative for AI, a 1.5-year programme with 5,000+ learners.
He has trained 10,000+ engineers and professionals, and the engineers behind Safock have taught 30,000+ students in total. Hamza splits his time between training and building production AI systems for Safock's clients, so the material reflects what is working in live deployments this year.
Formats, length and what drives the price
Training runs on-site or remotely, from a half-day workshop to a multi-week programme. Institutional programmes add live and recorded classes and hands-on projects. Train-the-trainer adds course design, ready-made material and coaching for the people who will teach after us.
Price depends on the number of batches, the format and length, and how much material we tailor to your tools and processes. Book a short call and we will recommend a format and send a quote. If a team wants something built that goes beyond a workshop, Safock's engineers can build it with them. Course details are also at academy.safock.com.

/ FAQ
Questions buyers ask us
Do participants need technical skills?
No. The workshop is built for non-technical teams, and participants need no coding and no prior AI experience. They need a laptop each and an internet connection, because they build their own workflow during the session. Everything is shown step by step, and the room follows along live, so nobody is left watching a demonstration they cannot repeat.
How many people can attend one session?
Up to 50 participants per batch. Larger organisations run several batches, repeated until everyone who needs the training has taken part. Keeping batches at that size lets the trainer check each person's work while they build, which matters more for a hands-on session than it would for a lecture.
Is our company data safe during the workshop?
Data safety is one of the first topics covered. Participants learn which business and customer information is safe to use with AI tools, how permissions and privacy settings work, and what counts as sensitive. Before the session we agree with you which documents and apps participants will connect, so the build exercises stay inside your own rules.
Can you train on-site, or only remotely?
Both. Safock Academy runs sessions on-site or remotely, from a half-day workshop to a multi-week programme. On-site sessions need a room with working internet and a laptop for each participant. We are based in Austin, Texas, and for teams in other cities or regions we confirm on-site logistics on the first call.
How is corporate AI training priced?
Price depends on the number of batches, the length of each session, whether it runs on-site or remotely, and how much material we tailor to your tools and processes. Train-the-trainer and institutional programmes are scoped separately because they include course design and coaching. Book a short call and we will send a quote for your format.
Can you train our own staff to deliver the training?
Yes. Our train-the-trainer programme prepares your own people to teach these skills inside your organisation. It includes ready-made course material, help designing courses for your departments, and coaching for your trainers as they start delivering. Your organisation then keeps training new staff without booking us for every batch.
