AI automation for Dubai, Abu Dhabi and businesses across the UAE

Safock is an AI automation agency and AI development company serving Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the rest of the UAE. We build AI agents, WhatsApp automation and custom software that work in Arabic and English, and we deliver remotely from Austin, Texas, with calls in Gulf business hours. Data protection under UAE federal law, or your free zone's own rules, is planned from the first week.

/ The problem

What this fixes

  • 01

Customers in many languages, on one channel

UAE customers reach you on WhatsApp in Arabic, English and often a third language. A small team can't keep pace, and replies slow down exactly when demand peaks.

  • 02

    Growth across branches and emirates

A business that opens a second branch or a site in another emirate often copies its spreadsheets along with it. Head office loses sight of stock, orders and spend.

  • 03

Data rules that change with your licence

A company on the mainland, one in the DIFC and one in ADGM can fall under different data protection laws. Vendors who ignore that create rework later.

  • 04

AI tools nobody trusts with live data

Teams try an AI assistant, find it guessing without sources, and stop using it. Nobody will let it near the ERP after that.

/ What we build

What we build for clients in United Arab Emirates

  • 01

    WhatsApp AI agents

Agents on the official WhatsApp Business Platform for sales enquiries, bookings and order updates, with a person one tap away.

  • 02

AI agents with citations and approvals

Assistants that answer from your documents and systems with sources, and stop for a person to approve before changing a record.

  • 03

    Workflow automation

Approvals, document handling, onboarding and reporting moved off email and spreadsheets into automated flows your team can see.

  • 04

    Systems integration

Your ERP, CRM, accounting and e-commerce tools connected, so an order entered once reaches every system that needs it.

  • 05

    Forward deployed engineers

Safock engineers who work inside your team's tools and rhythms, remotely, until the system is live and your people own it.

/ How it works

The detail behind it

How a remote AI automation agency works with Dubai and Abu Dhabi teams

Safock is headquartered in Austin, Texas, and has no office in the UAE. We serve UAE clients remotely, schedule calls in Gulf business hours, and keep a WhatsApp line open on +966 53 076 8306.

A founder joins your first call and stays involved. We agree scope, milestones and a fixed price in writing, demo working software at the end of each sprint, and keep the code in a repository your company owns. For teams spread across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and other emirates, a shared channel and recorded demos keep everyone looking at the same build.

Arabic, English and WhatsApp first

In the UAE, WhatsApp is often where a customer conversation starts and ends. An agent can be built to reply in Arabic or English, matching the customer, and to hand the chat to your staff for complaints, payments or anything outside its scope.

Fixed text, such as templates, menus and greetings, is reviewed and approved by your team in both languages before launch. Interfaces that need Arabic get proper right-to-left layouts, a pattern we have already shipped in Urdu for Tarbiyah LMS and Hamqadam.

UAE PDPL, free zones and hosting choices

Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data is the UAE's federal data protection law, in effect since 2 January 2022. Free zones with their own data protection laws, notably the DIFC (DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020) and ADGM (its Data Protection Regulations 2021), sit outside it and follow their own regimes. Health and banking data can fall under sector rules as well.

Which regime applies depends on where your company is licensed and what data you handle, so your legal advisers make that call. We then design around it: the hosting region, the AI model provider, retention periods, access controls and logs. AWS and Microsoft Azure both run cloud regions in the UAE, and on-premise hosting is an option too. We don't give legal advice or certify compliance.

National AI plans as context

The UAE Cabinet adopted the National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031 in 2019, and many government services across the federation are now handled online. Residents used to that speed expect a quick reply from private businesses too. That expectation is the practical reason most of our UAE conversations start with WhatsApp and internal workflows.

We read these programmes as context for what your customers and staff expect. They don't change what we recommend, which is to start with one workflow that has a clear owner, measure it, and expand from there.

/ How we work

From first call to a system your team runs

  1. 01

    Discovery

We start with your workflows, goals, and constraints, so we solve the problem you actually have.

  2. 02

    Proposal & architecture

A clear scope, timeline, milestones, and system design, with honest pricing before any build starts.

  3. 03

    Agile delivery

Short sprints with regular demos, so you see working software early and can steer as it takes shape.

  4. 04

    Launch

Deployment, optimization, and security hardening are included. Nothing ships unless it is safe and secure.

  5. 05

    Support & growth

30 days to 3+ months of support after launch, with long-term maintenance available as you grow.

  6. 06

    Your team, enabled

Documentation and training so your people can operate and extend the system on their own.

/ FAQ

Questions buyers ask us

Does Safock have an office in Dubai or Abu Dhabi?

No. Safock is headquartered in Austin, Texas, and serves UAE clients remotely. We schedule calls in Gulf business hours, a founder leads your project, and you see working software at every sprint demo. You can also reach us on WhatsApp at +966 53 076 8306.

Which data protection law applies to our project?

It depends on where your company is licensed and the data involved. Mainland companies generally fall under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, while the DIFC and ADGM have their own data protection laws. Your legal advisers confirm which applies, and we design hosting, retention and access to match.

Can our data be hosted inside the UAE?

Yes, in most cases. AWS and Microsoft Azure both run UAE cloud regions, and some clients prefer their own servers. WhatsApp messages still pass through Meta, and the AI model provider processes the text, so we map every hop with your team before we build.

Can the agent reply in languages besides Arabic and English?

Often, yes. Current language models handle many languages, and an agent can be built to reply in the one the customer writes in. Each extra language needs its own testing on real messages, and its own approved version of every WhatsApp template. We agree the language list in discovery, test each one with your staff, and route anything the agent can't read confidently to a person.

What does AI automation cost for a UAE business?

Cost depends on the systems involved, whether your licence or sector calls for data hosted in the UAE, how many branches or emirates the system covers, the languages and channels, and how much human review the process needs. Running costs add model usage, hosting and any WhatsApp message fees. We give you a fixed build price after discovery.

Can one system serve branches in several emirates?

Yes. We design one set of records with access rules per branch or site, so a manager in Abu Dhabi sees their branch while head office in Dubai sees all of them. If branches sit under different licences or free zones, we check the data rules for each with your advisers first.
